How Image Vault handles your images and downloads.

Uploads and URL downloads are stored only in a temporary folder on the server so preview and conversion can run. They expire after 30 minutes and are deleted when you click Reset. Nothing is sent to a third-party conversion service.

Desktop Windows and Mac downloads are paid through Stripe. Stripe collects the payment card and the email on the checkout form. We store that email, optional billing name, platform, Stripe session id, and a receipt code in a local SQLite database so a paid download can be confirmed later. Card numbers are not stored on this server.
